great tour, great place, cool neighbors and overall this is a place to live and be happy. We fell in love with this place from the first meeting, but decided to look at more options, soon returned here and immediately moved into a beautiful apartment with a luxurious balcony. covered parking is good news, the plaza and walking distance to everything we need in life

The move in was easy. Also the maintenance personnel have been awesome. Only thing I have a problem with is living by the pool and the pool gate door always slamming. Also my parking sticker never raised the garage I have to call myself.

Comfortable living, in a private secure area. Has a really nice gym and clubhouse space. The parking garage is super convenient. Quiet and clean hallways on every corner.

So far pretty great. A few issues with the apartment, but they have been taken care of quickly. The Engineering staff are fantastic, and the team in the leading office are always responsive.

Absolutely no complaints. Enjoying my time here. It’s is very quiet and CLEAN!! Something I’m very huge on! Love the view as well! Could it get any better?

Very helpful staff. Maintenance crew is great! Building is starting to show some age especially in the bathrooms. The parking garage could use a serious cleaning up. Great building overall. Price and location is fantastic.

Community events really make it enjoyable and easy to get to know the neighbors. I always have a great time. The Leasing staff are always available to answer questions or concerns that i have and that make renting here all the more valuable

Great place to live. Everyone in the leasing office is nice. neighbors are quiet. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years with no problems. The property is also kept clean

It’s been very comfortable. Location is great , Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and the front office is fantastic . The pool has been great also good to see people enjoying themselves

The new management, Tribridge, struggled a bit in the beginning but has improved since then. The two main issues with the property now are that sometimes, the callboxes do not work and that the entrance and exit gates to the property brake very often. Broken gates have caused residents to get trapped inside the deck. They do host events for residents very often and give residents the opportunity to meet their neighbors.

Berkeley Heights Apartment is a great community to live. My experience so far has been excellent. Awesome customer service from the leasing office and outstanding service from the maintenance crew. I as many as I can to Berkeley Heights Apartment
